The Insight Series provides organizations with scientifically validated information about an individual’s strengths, performance risks, and core values. Used as a feedback tool for selection or development, the easy-to-understand report series gives emerging and mid-level managers the self-awareness needed to perform effectively.

Occupational Scales:

Predict a person’s competency to perform in six general occupational roles and the propensity to provide great customer service, sell, manage people, and respond constructively to stress. The scales assess qualities that distinguish high-rated performers from low-rated performers. The report includes narrative and graphic summary on each scale and the relative strengths and weaknesses of each individual.

Potential (The Bright Side):

Seven scales that measure how people behave in day-to-day life when they’re at their best. Predicts job performance by measuring normal personality. There are graphs provided for each scale with narrative descriptions of score interpretation, discussion points and subscale composition.

Development Survey (The Down Side):

Eleven scales that measure how people behave when they’re under stress and pressure. Identifies personality-based derailers that can make it hard to work with this person limit his or her career potential. There are graphs provided for each scale with narrative descriptions of score interpretation, discussion points and subscale composition.

Motives, Values and Preferences (The Inside):

Ten scales that measure core values, goals and interests that determine satisfaction and drive careers. Identifies ideal jobs, positions and work environments. There are graphs provided for each scale with narrative descriptions of score interpretation, discussion points and subscale composition.
